  • To address coral bleaching problems, designed a genetic circuit conditionally expressing chromoprotein regulated by heat and light intensity
  • Initiated the project, formed the team, and oversaw all experimental workflows
  • Designed the biological circuit and conducted characterization experiments for biological light sensors
